I still don't have anything here but I can explain what I want to try in the meantime. My goal is to create a similar weather UI to what darksky had on their website, I don't plan on replicating the entire thing because I already found a suitable alternative that I like [merrysky](https://merrysky.net/). So this would be more along the lines of practice in using NOAA's API and making a UI in pure javascript.
